ARRIVING IN ST LUCIA
The island of St. Lucia is serviced by both a domestic and an international airport. Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) is located on the southern tip of the island in Vieux Fort, while George F.L. Charles Airport, or SLU, is located in Castries. Inter-Caribbean passengers arriving at SLU will find themselves about 75 minutes from Soufriere and all Janus properties as well as attractions, while international passengers arriving at UVF will find that the ride to Soufriere takes about 45 minutes.
In order to visit St. Lucia, travelers must have a valid passport or proof of citizenship (birth certificate, photo ID, etc) in a country with which St. Lucia has an agreement.
A return ticket is also required, and it is imperative that your passport be valid for a period of at least six months beyond your scheduled departure date. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the St. Lucia government also requires that all incoming travelers also bring with them a negative COVID-19 test dated within 7 days of their arrival on the island.
